4. The applicant shall sign the Registration Form for Application of Resident Identity Card for confirmation, pay the certificate fee, and receive the receipt of resident identity card and fee receipt;

5.30 working days later, if I bring my ID card to the designated place to get it and apply for speeding up the application, it will be delivered to the designated place by postal express within 10 working days.

The process of handling ID cards in different places is as follows:

1. Citizens fill in and submit the registration form of resident identity cards to the public security organs;

2. Submit the household registration book;

3. Pay the certificate fee;

4. Wait for the staff of the public security organ to review the materials and issue ID cards if they meet the requirements.

To sum up, during the application, renewal and replacement of resident identity cards, citizens who urgently need to use resident identity cards can apply for temporary resident identity cards, and the public security organs should handle them in a timely manner in accordance with the regulations.
