Application conditions
Applicants for youth apartments shall meet the following conditions at the same time when applying for qualification verification:
1. The applicant should be 18 to 35 years old when submitting the qualification verification. The age requirement for full-time master's degree is relaxed to 37 years old, and the age for doctoral degree or above is relaxed to 40 years old. The qualification centralized examination is subject to the last day of the published registration period.
2. Social insurance has been paid continuously in Beilun District 12 months, and it is still being paid at the time of application;
3. The applicant is registered in this district or holds a valid "Zhejiang Residence Permit" handled in Beilun District;
4. The applicant and his family members have no housing in Beilun District, and have no housing transaction records in recent 5 years.
5. The applicant and his spouse are non-staff members of government agencies and institutions.
Housing security
The total number of listed houses in youth apartments is about 1000 sets per year, with an area of about 654.38+10,000 square meters. Housing should be ordinary commercial housing. In addition, according to the needs, it is also possible to build a youth apartment project through land transfer, or to build a youth apartment when the land for residential construction is newly transferred.
