Article 6 During the mortgage period, the collateral shall be kept by Party A. Party A shall keep the integrity of the collateral during the possession period, and Party B has the right to check the management of the collateral, and Party A shall not refuse.

Article 7 During the mortgage period, without the written consent of Party B, Party A shall not transfer, lease, remortgage, dismantle or rebuild the collateral; May not change its use; Without notifying Party B, the above actions are invalid.

If the price of the transferred collateral is obviously lower than its value, Party B may require Party A to provide corresponding guarantee; If Party A fails to provide it, the collateral shall not be transferred.

The proceeds from the transfer of collateral by Party A shall be paid off to Party B in advance or deposited with a third party agreed by Party B.. The part exceeding the amount of creditor's rights shall be owned by Party A, and the insufficient part shall be paid off by the debtor.

Article 8 The mortgage right shall not be transferred separately from the creditor's rights or used as a guarantee for other creditor's rights.

Article 9 Except for natural wear and tear, if the collateral is damaged, Party A shall take measures to maintain and repair it to reduce the loss, and the expenses shall be borne by Party A, and Party B shall be informed in time. If it cannot or is not enough as a debt guarantee due to accidental damage or loss, Party B has the right to ask Party A to provide or increase the guarantee to make up for the deficiency or directly exercise the right of claim against the insurance company according to the provisions of the insurance law.

Article 10 When the value of collateral decreases due to government actions such as national construction, and it is not enough to be used as debt guarantee, Party B has the right to request Party A to provide or increase the guarantee again.

Article 11 If Party A needs to take out insurance at the request of Party B, Party A shall take out insurance for the collateral before signing this contract, and take the mortgagee as the first beneficiary of the insurance compensation. During the validity of this contract, Party A shall not cancel the insurance by itself, and shall continue to take out full insurance at the end of the insurance period, and this contract shall not be terminated.

Article 12 If the subject of the contract changes in the mortgage relationship, this contract will remain valid.
