How to borrow the right to use shops and houses
The right to use the shop can be rented. The right to use shops is essentially a long-term lease right. Merchants with business licenses for more than half a year can apply for mortgage loans for the right to use shops. Merchants need to provide a guarantor and go through the formalities at the nearest bank outlet.
