(1) The loan applicant or his spouse has outstanding overdue loans;
(2) The borrower's quasi-credit card or credit card overdraft is overdue;
(3) In the past two years, the loan of the loan applicant (excluding the student loan) has been overdue for six consecutive periods.
If the credit report is under any of the following circumstances and does not meet the conditions listed in Article 1 above, the loan can be issued after the loan applicant issues a written explanation and signs a letter of commitment to repay in full and on time:
(1) In the past two years, the loan applicant loans overdue has reached 3 to 5 consecutive installments, or loans overdue has been funded 180 days;
(2) In the past two years, the loan of the loan applicant (excluding the student loan) has reached three overdue periods, but it has not been full for six consecutive periods;
(3) In the recent 1 year, the loan applicant's quasi-credit card overdraft has reached 180 days;
(4) In the recent 1 year, the credit card overdraft of the loan applicant was overdue for three consecutive periods or accumulated three periods.
The overdue records of credit card overdraft are all caused by unpaid annual fees, and there are no other transaction records, so loans can be made.
