If there are more than two company accounts, the company should fill in the Application Form for Cancellation of Housing Provident Fund Company Account, the Detailed List of Individual Accounts of Employee Provident Fund, a written application for cancellation of housing provident fund account (the reasons for cancellation of the company account should be explained in the written application), and the certification materials (approval documents for establishment of the company, business license, etc.) that prove that both accounts belong to the company, and go to the branch center (office) to cancel the company account. After the cancellation of the unit account, the employee housing provident fund under the cancellation account shall be transferred to the reserved unit account for further deposit.

Article 9 of the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Funds The Housing Provident Fund Management Committee shall perform the following duties in the management of housing provident funds:
(1) Formulate and adjust specific management measures of housing provident funds in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and policies, and supervise their implementation;
(2) according to the provisions of article 18 of these regulations, work out the specific deposit ratio of housing provident fund;
(3) determine the maximum loan amount of housing provident fund;
(4) to examine and approve the plan for the collection and use of housing provident fund;
(5) to consider the distribution scheme of value-added income of housing provident fund;
(6) to examine and approve the report on the implementation of the plan for the collection and use of housing provident fund.
