1. If it is overdue due to subjective reasons, the untrustworthy should settle the arrears as soon as possible after discovering the overdue, and pay more attention to re-cultivating good credit information in the future lending process;
2. If the overdue period is caused by non-subjective reasons, the faithless person must first make clear the reason for the overdue period, whether it is because the third party failed to repay the loan or did not receive the bill. After that, the overdue records can be eliminated by appealing to the bank through the relevant customer service staff and describing the real situation of the matter.
Problems with credit information will lead to the inability to handle credit card and loan business, and will also affect children's schooling and employment.
Article 23 1 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Legally effective civil judgments and rulings, as well as the property part of criminal judgments and rulings, shall be executed by the people's court of first instance or the people's court of the place where the property is executed at the same level as the people's court of first instance.
Other legal documents stipulated by law to be executed by the people's court shall be executed by the people's court in the place where the person subjected to execution has his domicile or where the property subjected to execution is located.
