It is reported that since the integrated development of housing provident fund in Sichuan and Chongqing, the competent departments of housing and urban and rural construction in the two places have formulated a provincial-level integrated development work plan, built an information sharing platform for housing provident fund in Sichuan and Chongqing, and opened up the information barrier of housing provident fund system in Sichuan and Chongqing, taking the lead in realizing real-time online sharing of more than 50 items of information such as housing provident fund deposit, withdrawal and loan. Improve the efficiency of mutual inquiry from "minute level" to "second level". On the basis of taking the lead in realizing eight cross-provincial communication items, we will set up an online and offline "double green channel", complete 12 Sichuan-Chongqing communication items with high quality through the whole network operation, and the collection agency and the two places will jointly operate to realize the fastest transfer and connection in different places on the same day. At the same time, the certificates of deposit and use of loans in different places in Chongqing and Sichuan and the certificates of full repayment of loans are "double paperless" and "one place for loans in different places" is promoted.

In order to solve the housing problem in big cities, Chongqing and Mianyang took the lead in piloting the use of housing provident fund funds. Mianyang Housing Provident Fund Service Center provides special funds for off-site loans to Chongqing Housing Provident Fund Management Center. The first batch of financing funds came into effect at 20 million yuan. At present, the funds have been returned due, and the experience of closed-loop operation in the whole process of cross-regional borrowing, using and returning funds has been initially accumulated. At present, the second batch of financing funds of 20 million yuan has also been provided by Mianyang Housing Provident Fund Service Center to Chongqing Housing Provident Fund Management Center, and the normalized and institutionalized financing use has gradually taken shape.

In addition, Chengdu and Chongqing jointly launched a pilot project for flexible employees to participate in the housing provident fund system, actively constructed a policy system suitable for flexible employment groups, and worked together to strive for policy support such as tax relief and deposit subsidies to enhance the attractiveness of the pilot. At present, about 1.3 million flexible employees have participated in the pilot project, which provides a typical example for exploring and expanding the benefit scope of the housing provident fund system.
