Postal deductions other than 16 are not overdue. Generally, the Postal Savings Bank will make the first deduction before the repayment date 16. Before 16, due to personal reasons, the debit failed due to insufficient balance in the card, and the debit will be automatically made later. If there is enough account in the card before 24 o'clock, it will be automatically deducted, which is not overdue.

If the balance in the card is still insufficient before 24: 00 and the subsequent deduction fails, it is overdue.
