III. Handling conditions:

1. If the borrower uses the housing provident fund loan to purchase a house, build, renovate or overhaul, or apply for the purchase of affordable housing loans, the borrower shall apply to the housing provident fund loan bank when applying for withdrawal, change or termination of the loan business;

2. If the borrower changes (except the borrower) or the repayment method changes during the entrustment period, you can apply to the original lender and sign a change agreement. The change of repayment method takes effect one year after the expiration of the original entrustment agreement; The increase or decrease of the client is not subject to this restriction; Before the loan principal and interest are settled, the borrower may terminate the entrustment with the lender, but may not apply for repayment entrustment again within one year;

4. Handling requirements:

1. When handling the loan repayment business, the borrower needs to provide: the borrower, the borrower's spouse and co-borrower's housing provident fund account number, ID card, marriage certificate, household registration book and the borrower's latest loan repayment certificate;

2. When the borrower applies for changing or terminating the loan business of housing provident fund, all the original clients should bring the loan contract, ID card, household registration book and the original power of attorney.
