Housing provident fund loan guarantor to withdraw from the guarantee, must meet the following circumstances:

1. The housing provident fund management center agreed to cancel the guarantee. Under normal circumstances, you will not agree to cancel the guarantee without reason.

2. If the housing provident fund management center agrees to change the guarantor, then the original guarantor can cancel the guarantee.

3. Pay off all debts and the guarantee will be revoked naturally.
