3. If the employees who have handled the business-to-public loan only handle the repayment and withdrawal of the original commercial loan or the new provident fund loan, they only need to provide materials according to the type of loan they need to handle.
4. If employees and non-family members in co-borrower are personal housing commercial loans, they cannot obtain personal housing commercial loan information from employees' personal credit reports. co-borrower who can obtain personal housing commercial loan information must bring the original ID card to the counter for written authorization.
5. A personal housing loan has multiple borrowers, and multiple borrowers are not members of the same family. During the period when employees and their spouses apply for loan repayment, other co-borrower may not apply for loan repayment. If the employee makes this withdrawal, it is deemed that he has obtained the consent of other co-borrower.
6. Employees who have objections to the number of housing units can inquire about the actual number of housing units in our city's real estate inquiry outlets and print the proof of housing property information inquiry of all family members (including spouses and minor children) (the inquiry deadline should be within 30 days from the date of application for extraction).
7. If the marriage relationship needs to be changed, a marriage certificate is required.
