1. If the loan contract needs to be changed, it must be agreed by both borrowers and borrowers through consultation, and a change agreement shall be signed according to law.

2. Where a third-party guarantee is involved, the change of terms shall also be agreed by the third-party guarantor. Before the agreement is reached, the original loan contract is still valid.
