National Policy on Environmental Protection Subsidies for Wind Power Generation
The energy problem has gradually attracted more and more attention all over the world, and the renewable clean energy is increasingly favored by the world. Wind power generation is one of the important renewable and clean energy sources. So what policies does the country have to subsidize wind power generation? Let me take you to find out!

1. What is wind power generation?

Wind power generation refers to converting kinetic energy of wind into electric energy. Wind energy is a clean and pollution-free renewable energy, which has been used by people for a long time, mainly by pumping water and grinding flour through windmills. Now, people are interested in how to use wind power to generate electricity.

Using wind power to generate electricity is very environmentally friendly and the wind energy is huge, so it is paid more and more attention by countries all over the world.

Second, China's current major wind power incentive policies

(1) Preferential price policy The government documents clearly require the power grid to allow wind power to be connected to the grid nearby and buy all the electricity. The on-grid price is determined according to the principle of "power generation cost+debt service+reasonable profit", and the part higher than the average price of the power grid is stipulated to be shared by the whole network.

(2) Preferential tax policies: value-added tax preference, tariff preference and income tax relief.

At the beginning of 2007, the Ministry of Finance, the Development and Reform Commission, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued the Notice on Implementing Several Opinions on Accelerating the Revitalization of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in the State Council, and decided to adjust the import tariff policy of 16 major technical equipment key areas. On April 23, 2008, the Ministry of Finance issued the Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Adjusting the Import Tax Policy of High-power Wind Turbines and Their Key Parts and Raw Materials. The contents of the notice are as follows: From June 65438+1 October1day, 2008 (subject to the time of import declaration), the import duties and import value-added tax paid by domestic enterprises for developing and manufacturing high-power wind turbines will be implemented first.

(3) Discount loan for investment subsidy policy. Since 1987, China government has set up a special discount loan for rural energy, which is mainly used for large and medium-sized biogas projects, solar energy utilization and wind power technology popularization and application. Subsidy policy: In terms of renewable energy, the central government's subsidies are mainly used for research and development and pilot demonstration, while the local government's subsidies are mainly used for the promotion and application of solar energy and wind power technology in addition to supporting renewable energy research.

(4) R&D investment policy The central government's R&D policy on renewable energy is mainly reflected in two aspects: on the one hand, it subsidizes the R&D of renewable energy and gives a lot of subsidies; On the other hand, it supports the development plan of renewable energy and has formulated and implemented some large-scale development plans.

It means that there are relevant materials compiled for you about what wind power is and the state's environmental subsidy policy for wind power generation.
