(3) Discount loan for investment subsidy policy. Since 1987, China government has set up a special discount loan for rural energy, which is mainly used for large and medium-sized biogas projects, solar energy utilization and wind power technology popularization and application. Subsidy policy: In terms of renewable energy, the central government's subsidies are mainly used for research and development and pilot demonstration, while the local government's subsidies are mainly used for the promotion and application of solar energy and wind power technology in addition to supporting renewable energy research.
