2. Housing evaluation: According to the location, floor, area and orientation of the collateral, estimate the approximate value of the collateral. The company will take the appraised value as the loan basis and half of the collateral as the loan amount.
3. To sign a mortgage loan contract, the borrower and the lender must be present together, and the mortgage loan contract must be signed together. Please read every clause in the contract carefully before signing the contract, and don't leave out any details. If there is any dispute in the future, this contract will serve as the legal basis.
4. Notarization: The borrower and the lender must go to the notary office for notarization.
