The Notice of First House Purchase (Inspection) Certificate clearly states that the first suite must meet three conditions: the buyer must be 18 years old; There is no housing purchased by the purchaser alone or jointly with others (except housing purchased with parents, purchased according to the housing reform policy, and acquired through inheritance or demolition and resettlement).
When applying for the first suite, the buyer himself goes to the real estate trading center in the district and county where he is located, and carries his ID card and purchase contract (including pre-sale contract of commercial housing, sales contract of commercial housing and sales contract of real estate). If the purchaser has purchased the house with his parents, he must also issue relevant certificates such as household registration when applying. After the relevant materials are submitted, the real estate trading center will issue the first purchase certificate within 7 working days (usually 2 days) from the date of acceptance.
