1. Divorce certificate cannot be loaned. Divorce certificate is a legal document for both men and women to dissolve the relationship between husband and wife according to law. They are only used to prove that both parties can freely dissolve the relationship. Asking for a loan is one of the materials that borrowers need to provide.

2. Requirements for applying for a loan:

(1)1China citizens aged 8 to 65.

(2) ID card, household registration book and proof of marital status of the applicant and spouse (divorce certificate is required).

(3) Proof of income of the applicant and spouse.

(4) Relevant certificates on the purpose of the loan.

(5) Having a permanent residence in China.

(6) Have a fixed residence in the local town.

(7) Having full capacity for civil conduct.

(8) Having a legal and valid identity certificate.

(9) Half-year job satisfaction.

(10) has the ability to repay the loan principal and interest on schedule.

(1 1) Abide by laws and regulations, and have no illegal acts and bad credit records (not allowed for two years in three consecutive years).
