1. First suite: the down payment ratio of family loans with a building area of 90 square meters or more in the first suite shall not be less than 30%.

2. Second suite: The down payment ratio shall not be less than 50% when the second suite is purchased by loan.

3. Third suite: the third and above commercial housing loans will be suspended.
