"Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Release of Information on the List of Untrustworthy Persons Subject to Execution" Article 7 If the person subject to untrustworthy execution meets one of the following circumstances, the People's Court shall remove his relevant information from the list of untrustworthy persons subject to execution Deleted from the database:

(1) All obligations determined by effective legal documents have been fulfilled;

(2) An execution settlement agreement has been reached with the person applying for execution and the execution has been confirmed by the person applying for execution.

(3) The People's Court decides to terminate the execution in accordance with the law.

It is recommended to actively cooperate with the court and resume communication with the court later.
