Hangzhou Bank provides cardholders with flexible installment options of 3, 6, 9 and 12 (one month for each installment), and the corresponding handling fees are 1.8%, 3.6%, 5.4% and 7.2%. Handling fee = total installment amount * handling fee rate. The total amount of installment principal is expected to be amortized evenly by the unit, and the handling fee will be collected together in the first installment.
