In the first half of this year, almost all fish ponds were short of water due to the once-in-a-century drought. We launched a heavy and busy defense war against drought, trying to minimize the losses. Members of our organization dug ditches to grab water and tried every means to pull it in. At the same time, it has also received strong support from the local party Committee and government, diverting water from the Yangtze River and Hudu River until Hudu River dries up, and the east, west and south main canals dry up. At the same time, two professional drilling teams were organized to drill more than a dozen wells to ensure that the water depth of each fish pond reached 1 m, and no large number of fish accidents occurred.

In the post-production process, we take measures to ensure a bumper harvest. Mainly manifested in five aspects: First, pay attention to water quality management in production and do a good job in fish disease prevention and control. At the beginning of the year, we specially invited Professor Yuan Keping from Changjiang Fisheries Research Institute, Professor Fan from Huihai Group and Mr. Zhou from Beijing Fishery Economic Company to give lectures to our members. Introduce efficient stocking mode and make rational use of fish pond water. Vigorously promote economic and environmental protection biological control technology, use microbial agents to improve water and transfer water, reduce the content of nitrite and ammonia nitrogen in water, and scientifically regulate water quality. Technicians from fish medicine companies such as Cao Fang in Sichuan and Huayang in Wuhan or feed companies such as Liuhe and Tongwei are usually invited to visit and guide the member fish ponds. Second, purchase computers and printers to strengthen the prediction and prevention of aquaculture diseases. Distribute more than 0/000 copies of propaganda materials for protecting fishery production. Third, strengthen self-study. In May, I went to Beijing to attend the 8th National Summit Forum on the Development of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives, joined the China Farmers' Cooperative Information Network, and specially purchased the management system software of farmers' specialized cooperatives. It laid a good foundation for the standardized management of cooperatives and the circulation of agricultural products of members. Fourth, in order to solve the bottleneck of member investment, we raise funds in various ways. It has established a good credit relationship with the Public Security Sub-branch of the Postal Bank of China and the Public Security Rural Credit Cooperative Bank, and has provided loans of more than 3 million yuan for agriculture and fisheries. When the capital turnover is not difficult, agriculture and fisheries are allowed to sell fish medicine and feed on credit without increasing the price. The cooperative also won the fishery machinery subsidy from the county agricultural machinery bureau. Fifth, do a good job in matching the three machines in the fish pond. The cooperative has successively obtained the regional agency rights of Xiaoqingqing Public Security County in Jinhu, Jiangsu Province and Jingzhou City in Shanghai Nanrong Aquatic Surge Machine. These equipment have been sold in the market for many years, and the quality effect is very good, especially the surge machine, which turns the life-saving machine into a yield-increasing machine, so that fish will not get together because of lack of oxygen and turn stagnant water into living water. Through these measures, there are basically no vicious dead fish accidents and pond accidents. The normal production of members has been well guaranteed, and the unit output of fish has not decreased but has increased compared with last year.

This year's fishing market is almost the same as last year. The market is unsalable and the price of fish is low. We went to Wuhan, Changde, Guiyang, Zunyi, Chongqing, Xi 'an and other places to inspect the market situation, negotiate with local fish merchants, bring them in, actively serve them and transfer the fish of fish farmers out. We want to be a brand, and registered the trademark of "Maosui Granule" in the county industrial and commercial bureau to prepare for the docking of agricultural supermarkets in the future.

When you see the achievements, you must find the shortcomings. There are still many factors that seriously restrict our development. Mainly manifested in the following aspects: First, the existing conventional farming model has not adapted to the market, and the supply obviously exceeds the demand. We should vigorously introduce excellent breeding varieties and models. Second, fish ponds are in urgent need of upgrading. Most of our fish ponds are old ponds for more than 20 years. The silt is too deep, the water quality is extremely deteriorated, and fish diseases are prone to occur. Third, the three mountains of water, road and electricity in the fishing ground have been pressing us. The intake canal is overgrown with weeds and seriously silted. Generally, smelly water is added, and it is basically impossible to change water in fish ponds. The road is mainly gravel pavement, and there is no cement road. It must be sunny when the fish come out of the fish pond. Then there is a serious power shortage, and the electricity price has been rising. Almost all aerators are life-saving machines. Fourth, the main members of our cooperative are still lacking in their own abilities. In particular, the professional knowledge of aquatic products can not meet the needs of members at all. Fifth, cooperatives basically have no ability to resist market risks. We should forge ahead, establish an emergency mechanism and resist risks. Let members really get quality services before, during and after delivery, and increase production and income. Constantly tap the potential and make full and effective use of China's fishery resources.

In short, with the strong support from all walks of life, the year of catastrophe is basically the same as last year. Cooperatives have grown from scratch, from fishermen watching to actively joining, and we feel a great responsibility. If we want to think of our members and worry about them, we should be their leaders. The development of cooperatives can not be separated from the guidance and support of higher authorities.
