3. Responsibilities of each project owner unit:
Implement the legal person responsibility system and investment lump sum responsibility system for investment projects. 2. Based on the information reported by the owner unit, each municipal project office shall submit the project quarterly report of the previous quarter and the internal monitoring report of the land acquisition and relocation action plan to the provincial project office before the 10th of the first month of the next quarter. The provincial project office shall submit a quarterly project report to the leading group, relevant departments and the World Bank before the 30th of the first month of the next quarter. 5. Procurement List
Each municipal project office is responsible for reporting the project procurement list approved by the financial department at the same level to the provincial project office, and provincial projects are reported directly to the provincial project office.
