The borrower truthfully fills in the Application Form for Personal Housing Provident Fund Loan, and submits it to the developer's housing provident fund manager together with other application materials, which will be submitted to the provincial central business department for acceptance after being audited by the manager.
(ii) Accepting loans
The provincial center shall accept the qualified loan application on the spot; If it does not meet the requirements, it will not be accepted and the borrower will be informed of the reasons.
(3) loan approval
Provincial centers and commercial banks should comprehensively verify and evaluate the borrower's situation according to the provisions of the loan policy, and inform the borrower of the examination and approval results.
(4) Contract signing
The borrower (and spouse) and the mortgagor shall, according to the requirements notified by the center, go to the business department of the provincial center to sign the Individual Housing Provident Fund Portfolio Loan Contract.
(5) Mortgage registration
The borrower (mortgagor) cooperates with the developer to go through the mortgage registration formalities at the real estate registration center, and submits the real estate registration certificate and the real estate ownership certificate to the guarantee institution for verification and custody.
(6) Loan issuance
Guarantee institutions issue combined loan guarantees to provincial centers and commercial banks, and provincial centers and commercial banks issue loans to developers' pre-sale fund supervision accounts.
