Legal analysis: loans overdue's personal credit record will affect the political examination of civil servants. Civil servants will formally strengthen the examination of candidates' "moral character", and extend the examination of candidates' credit records, personal credit records of banks, information records of court executives and the practice of socialist core values as an important basis for the proposed employment.
