2. After the purchaser confirms that the house can apply for mortgage loan, he/she will fill in the Application Form for House Mortgage at the loan bank and prepare the application materials;

3. The materials that the buyer (lender) needs to prepare are as follows: ID cards of husband and wife, household registration book (temporary residence permit and household registration book are required for foreigners), and 2 copies of marital status certificate;

4. Work certificate and income certificate (format specified by the bank); Proof of address (certificate issued by neighborhood committee or invoice of water and electricity fee paid in recent 3 months);

5. Credit certificate: including education certificate, other real estate, bank running water, large deposit certificate, etc. (in order to improve the trust of banks and get loans better);
