(a) the basic process:

1. Students use the initial user name and password to log in to the "Henan University Student Financial Assistance Online" system to improve their personal details (September 29th to September 30th);

2. The college (department) where the students are located reviews the students' personal basic information through the "Henan University Financial Aid Business System" (10 to 10);

3. After the student's personal basic information is approved, the student submits an application for difficulty identification (June 3 10 to June 410);

4. The college (department) examines the students' application for identification of difficulties (654381October 5 to 654381October 6);

5. After the student's difficulty identification application is passed, according to the scholarship evaluation of the college (department) (10.07), submit the application for national scholarship, national inspirational scholarship or national grant online;

6. The college (department) examines the students' national scholarship applications (1October 8 10 review, the evening of August 8 12 systems);

7. After the student's national scholarship application is approved, print the relevant application approval form online and submit it according to the requirements of the college (department).

(2) Application conditions:

Full-time college students (including vocational college students), second bachelor's degree students and graduate students in ordinary colleges and universities may apply for national student loans if they meet the following conditions:
