①/kloc-Natural persons (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents) aged 0/8 to 65 with full capacity for civil conduct have no bad credit records.

② Meet one of the following conditions: the borrower (including spouse) owns a house with a building area of not less than 50 square meters in the local area, the borrower has a local household registration or the borrower has a stable job.

③ Other conditions stipulated by Industrial Bank.
