Provident fund loans can only be used when buying a house. If your house has a real estate license, you can make a mortgage loan, or if you pay the provident fund and pay a high amount, the bank can make a provident fund consumer loan, but this loan has nothing to do with your provident fund. Repayment still needs to be paid with your own money.
