(2) If both borrowers and auxiliary borrowers apply for loans, the maximum loan amount of provident fund loans in four districts of the city is 700,000 yuan.
The maximum loan amount in Jinzhou New District, Bonded Zone and Lushunkou District is 330,000 yuan for a single person and 580,000 yuan for a double person; Puwan New District, Changxing Island Economic Development Zone, Huayuankou Economic Zone, pulandian city, wafangdian city, zhuanghe city and Changhai County have a maximum loan amount of 280,000 yuan for a single person and 470,000 yuan for a double person.
For the purchase of commercial housing, the loan amount of pure provident fund loans or portfolio loans shall not exceed 70% of the total house price, and the construction area below 90 square meters may be relaxed to 80%.
For the purchase of second-hand houses, the amount of pure provident fund loans or portfolio loans shall not exceed 60% of the lower transaction price and evaluation price, and it may be relaxed to 70% if the building area does not exceed 90 square meters and the house age does not exceed 5 years.
The purchase of housing reform, the amount of pure provident fund loans shall not exceed 70% of the total housing.
The purchase of housing without housing ownership, pure provident fund loans or portfolio loans shall not exceed 60% of the lower transaction price and evaluation price.

Transfer to provident fund B shall not exceed 60% of the original commercial loan principal balance, original house purchase price and current appraisal price, and the loan amount of transfer to provident fund loan C shall not exceed the difference between the borrower's maximum loan amount and loan amount, and shall not exceed the difference between the loan amount calculated according to the loan amount calculation formula and the original provident fund loan amount.
For the purchase of exchange houses, the amount of pure provident fund loans or portfolio loans shall not exceed the price difference of exchange houses, and shall not be higher than 60% of the value of mortgaged houses.
