Instructions for handling credit loans for students from China Development Bank (Student Edition)
I. Loan policy
(1) Loan amount: not less than 1 0,000 yuan, not more than 6,000 yuan, integer.
(2) Loan term: not less than 5 years (60 months), not more than 65,438+04 years, and not more than 65,438+00 years after graduation.
(3) Loan purpose: mainly used for tuition and accommodation, and the rest can be used as living expenses.
(4) * * * Same borrower: parents or other legal guardians, registered in this county, aged 25-60 years old.
Second, the preparatory work
(1) Application materials:
First-time loan students: student and borrower's ID card (original and photocopy), household registration book (original only), admission notice or student ID card (original and photocopy), signed and sealed application form.
Re-loan students: students do not need to be qualified, just submit their signed application form and a copy of their student ID card. If the borrower (or borrower) can't come to the acceptance site, he can apply with the power of attorney of the payer (or borrower).
Proof of poverty-stricken units: Students who apply for loans for the first time must hold the Qualification Examination Application Form and affix their official seals to any unit of high school, village (neighborhood) committee and township (street) civil affairs department.
(A) the first loan students
1. Enter the student online service system () and register users.
2. After successful registration, log in to the system, click "Add" in "Loan Application" and fill in the application information.
3. After submitting the application information, you can export the loan application form, sign it for confirmation, and go to the relevant departments for qualification review and seal.
4. Take the application materials and go to the county (district) funding center (or relevant education department) with the borrower to apply for a loan, sign a contract and get a loan acceptance certificate.
You can sign a power of attorney when signing the contract, and use it when applying for a loan again.
6. After the college reports, bring the contract and loan acceptance certificate to the school financial aid management center (or relevant departments), and ask the teacher of the school financial aid management center to input the collection information into the student loan management system () and receive the loan receipt.
7 within the prescribed time limit, the loan receipt will be mailed back to the county (District) funding center.
8. After signing the contract for 3-5 days, log in to Alipay account, change the password and activate the account (see Alipay user instructions for specific operations).
Re-lending to students
1. Enter the student online service system () and log in to the system. If you don't know your login name, you can choose "ID login". The default password is 8-digit birthday, such as 1990 100 1.
2. Click "Add" in "Loan Application" and fill in the application information.
3. After submitting the application information, you can export the loan application form and sign it for confirmation.
4. Take the application materials and go to the county (district) funding center (or relevant education department) with the borrower to apply for a loan, sign a contract and get a loan acceptance certificate.
5. After the college reports, bring the contract and loan acceptance certificate to the school financial aid management center (or relevant departments), and ask the teacher of the school financial aid management center to input the collection information into the student loan management system () and get the loan receipt.
6 within the prescribed time limit, the loan receipt will be mailed back to the county (District) funding center.
7. After signing the contract for 3-5 days, log in to Alipay account, change the password and activate the account (see Alipay user instructions for specific operations).
Note: After the Alipay account is generated, the loan is issued and recovered through Alipay. Regardless of whether the loan is approved this year, all outstanding contracts will be repaid through Alipay, and the original correspondent bank account will no longer be used.
Fourth, matters needing attention
1. Please refer to Alipay user instructions for details of Alipay usage.
2. After signing the contract, you can log in to the student online service system () at any time to check the progress and status of loan processing.
3. If you forget the login password of the student online service system, you can contact the local county (district) funding center to reset the password.
