3. The paid employees who have obtained the "Zhao Yan Cai Ying Certificate" for talent introduction in Baoding purchase the first set of housing and have three or more children, and the maximum loan amount for applying for provident fund loans is 6,543,800 yuan, which is not limited by the deposit balance and the deposit time coefficient.

4. Employees who have given birth to two children apply for housing provident fund loans, and the maximum amount of provident fund loans that are unilaterally paid into the provident fund is 800,000 yuan; Both husband and wife paid a total of 6,543,800 yuan into the common reserve fund.

Qinhuangdao Housing Provident Fund Management Center recently released the detailed rules for the implementation of the municipal government's "Several Policies and Measures on Stabilizing the Economic Operation of Our City".
