Can the entrusted loan service contract be directly loaned?
You can't. To get a loan, you need to meet the conditions, such as the borrower's credit history, financial status, collateral and so on. These conditions are determined by the lending institution according to its policies and risk assessment. Therefore, holding an entrusted loan service contract does not guarantee direct access to loans. Entrusted loan service contract is a contract signed between the principal and the trustee, in which the principal provides funds and the trustee issues loans according to the requirements of the principal.
