According to the report, CDB student loans cover all full-time undergraduate, graduate and preparatory students in universities, research institutes, party schools, administrative colleges, accounting colleges and other institutions. The maximum loan amount is 8000 yuan per year for undergraduates and 2000 yuan per year for postgraduates, and the maximum loan period is 20 years 13 years.

This year, CDB, together with the National Student Financial Assistance Management Center of the Ministry of Education, will carry out the pilot work of electronic contracts for student-origin credit student loans in 1 10,000 counties (districts) nationwide, and use technical means to realize paperless loans and electronic contracts, further optimize student loan services, and better support students with financial difficulties, especially those from poor households who have set up a card.

The data shows that by the end of last year, the cumulative amount of student loans issued by CDB exceeded 1 1000 billion yuan, and the number of students with financial difficulties exceeded1850,000. This year, student loans will exceed 24 billion yuan, providing loan support for 3.5 million students with financial difficulties.
