1. Functional positioning of the Zhengzhou University Beijing Alumni Association

Based on the actual situation of the Alumni Association, after the Alumni Association has been formalized and developed stably, various social resources will be integrated, efforts will be made to find market entry points, and an Alumni Association entity will be established , explore practical operating models to provide economic benefits to alumni while giving back to society.

2. Division of work among members of the Alumni Association:

Every alumni who agrees with and voluntarily joins the Zhengzhou University Beijing Alumni Association is the owner of the Alumni Association and has contributed to the Alumni Association. obligation. At present, in principle, it is divided into: the Alumni Council is composed of alumni who have graduated in Beijing in recent years and are responsible for the specific work tasks of the Alumni Association; the older alumni are currently in the period of starting a career and building a family, and have limited energy and are not responsible for the Alumni Association. The specific work is only responsible for the guidance of the development and construction of the alumni association, consulting and coordination of major issues; alumni who have graduated in recent years but are currently unstable in Beijing should still focus on their own affairs and strive for early stability. Complete the tasks entrusted by the Alumni Association.

Division of labor among the various positions of the Alumni Council:

President: Wang Tao is responsible for the overall work of the Alumni Association;

Vice President: Liu Dahong is responsible for the daily affairs of the Alumni Association work;

Tao Tao is responsible for the human resources and financial work of the Alumni Association;

Wang Jiwei is responsible for the liaison and information consultation work of the Alumni Association;

Zhou Kunpeng is responsible for the publicity of the Alumni Association Work;

Zhang Ming is responsible for the cultural and sports friendship work of the Alumni Association;

Hou Bing is responsible for the liaison work of medical alumni;

Secretary-General: Liu Dahong is responsible for formulating the work plan of the Alumni Association , personnel deployment;

The ministers of each department are responsible for the specific implementation of relevant work plans under the leadership of the vice president in charge; the deputy ministers assist the ministers to do the work of their departments; the directors are responsible for contacting alumni of the responsible departments and reporting the development trends of the alumni association , and provide timely feedback to alumni on their suggestions and wishes to the Alumni Association. 3. Recent work arrangements of the Alumni Association

(1) Publicity work: Strictly follow the previously released publicity The announcement will manage the current publicity interface and standardize its operation, specifically as follows: 1. Alumni Forum - gradually complete the revision work, enrich the content, increase the information capacity, and develop into an independent dedicated website. 2. Alumni Directory - In order to make full use of the space provided by the CHINAREN website and ensure that more alumni join and learn about the alumni association, in addition to administrators, alumni responsible for human resources and publicity work, and alumni who need to be approved by the administrator for short-term membership due to the work of the alumni association, , each alumnus is only allowed to join one alumni directory; alumni are encouraged to actively leave messages. For important messages, you can ask the administrator to forward and pin them to the top of both alumni directories at the same time. The pinned period shall not exceed 10 days. 3. QQ Group - Zhengzhou University Beijing Alumni Group: This group does not require the use of real names. Alumni can voluntarily choose to use their real names or QQ nicknames.

Except for the administrator, members of this group are not allowed to join the Zhengda University Beijing Alumni Real-name Group at the same time; Zhengda Beijing Alumni Real-name Group: All real-name systems are implemented, and it is recommended to simply prepare the year of enrollment and department (for details on how to modify the group business card, see the group *** ), the group is cleaned up once a day, and those who fail to change their name after the deadline will be deleted after leaving a message with explanation. Members of this group other than administrators are not allowed to join the Zhengzhou University Beijing Alumni Group at the same time. 4. Safety regulations: (1) It is strictly prohibited to disclose personal information of alumni to persons outside the alumni association and to members of the alumni association whose identity has not been verified. Once verified, it will be removed immediately and reported internally. (2) Unhealthy content is strictly prohibited in chats or messages. (3) It is strictly prohibited to post pornographic and vulgar pictures. (4) Alumni are free to post any opinions, questions and suggestions on any communication platform, but they cannot be inflammatory or offensive.

(2) Human resources work: The Human Resources Department will continue to collect, organize and improve alumni information and complete the classification work according to the industry in which alumni work. At the same time, alumni information must be kept strictly confidential. The temporary regulations are as follows: 1. Each member of the Alumni Council After members receive corresponding alumni information for the work of the alumni association, they must keep it properly and can only use it for work contacts and personal contacts, and must not disclose it to anyone else. 2. When any alumni need to contact other alumni or need help due to work and life needs, they can directly post help information in the QQ group, alumni directory or alumni forum, and qualified alumni will take the initiative to contact them. 3. For alumni with complete information (at least contact information) who need to contact other alumni or need help due to work and life needs, they can directly send a help message to any one of the Secretary-General of the Council, the Executive Deputy Secretary-General and the Minister of Human Resources. After receiving the inquiry information, the Secretary-General, Executive Deputy Secretary-General and Director of the Human Resources Department will verify the true identity of the inquirer and obtain the consent of the alumni being inquired before providing corresponding information. (4) In order to prevent untrustworthy alumni from leaking alumni information, all alumni are asked to take the initiative to ask for ways to obtain contact information after receiving calls from unfamiliar alumni. If you have any doubts, you can directly go to the person who provided the information to confirm, and report it to the Secretary-General's Office to facilitate any adverse consequences. Follow up after the consequences. (5) Any alumni who leak the information of other alumni and cause adverse effects will be notified and removed.

(3) Internal and external liaison work: The External Liaison Department will contact the Office of the President of Zhengzhou University, the Shanghai Alumni Association of Zhengzhou University, and the East China Alumni Association of Shengda College of Economics and Business at the appropriate time and in an appropriate manner. Inform the Beijing Alumni Association of preparations and discuss cooperation matters; try to get in touch with as many alumni in Beijing as possible, especially those who graduated earlier; actively understand market information and do a good job in feasibility study and preliminary planning for the establishment of the Alumni Association.

(4) Financial work: Alumni of the Finance Department did not attend the work party for some reason. Specific issues such as the alumni association’s financial system and fund-raising methods need to be discussed and announced later.

(5) Information consultation work: The Information Consultation Department should actively expand the information resource space and provide alumni in Beijing with as much information consultation as possible related to work and life.

(6) Cultural and Sports Friendship Work: The Cultural and Sports Friendship Department will timely organize and hold pre-planned alumni badminton matches, table tennis matches, swimming competitions, and travel and sightseeing activities (due to the personal safety of alumni, early long-distance travel and sightseeing activities Registration will be organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Friendship and entrusted to a professional travel agency); consider jointly holding an alumni photography exchange contest with the Propaganda Department (the draft will be determined depending on the situation); make preliminary planning and preparations for the orientation and annual alumni gathering to be held in mid-October .
