The provident fund can be renovated by loan, and the renovation of the provident fund must meet the following conditions:
1. Generally, the house that needs to be renovated has an area of over 70㎡ and the age of the house is within 15. Failure to meet the above requirements will lead to an increase in treatment costs.
2. At present, the loan limit for renovation of provident fund is generally 1 1,000 yuan /m2, which may be relaxed to 2,000 yuan /m2 again in the future. Once it reaches 2000 yuan/m2, the treatment cost will increase relatively;
3. The provident fund renovation loan has not been paid off, and you cannot apply for a new provident fund housing loan. In the short term, owners who need to buy houses should not easily make provident fund decoration loans;
4. The repayment of the provident fund renovation loan in the first two months can only be offset by the provident fund after the cash is deposited in the repayment account. After getting the loan, don't take all the money in the account, and leave a repayment limit of at least two months to avoid repayment default.
Second, the conditions for the use of provident fund
(1) Only employees who participate in the provident fund system are eligible to apply for provident fund loans;
(2) If one spouse applies for a provident fund loan, neither spouse can get a provident fund loan until the principal and interest of the loan are paid off, and they can get a second mortgage after settlement. Because the provident fund loan is a kind of "housing security" financial support to meet the basic housing needs of employees' families;
(3) When applying for a housing provident fund loan, the loan applicant must not only have a relatively stable economic income and the ability to repay the loan, but also have no other outstanding debts that may affect the repayment ability of the housing provident fund loan;
(4) The purpose of the loan must be earmarked: the purpose of the provident fund loan is limited to the purchase of owner-occupied housing with ownership, and the purchased housing should meet the architectural design standards stipulated by the Municipal Provident Fund Management Center. Therefore, when buying a house for profit, you can't use provident fund loans.
