What about provident fund loans?
(1) The borrower shall submit a written application to the relevant bank to apply for housing provident fund loan, fill in the application form for housing provident fund loan on the spot and provide relevant information and proof truthfully.

② For the loan application with complete information, the bank will immediately accept the review and submit it to the provident fund department in time.

(3) The provident fund department is responsible for approving loans and notifying the bank of the audit results in time.

(4) The bank shall notify the applicant to handle the loan formalities according to the examination and approval results of the provident fund center. The borrower and his wife sign a formal loan contract and related supplementary contracts or agreements with the relevant banks, and send the loan contract and other related procedures to the provident fund department for review. After the approval of the provident fund department, the entrusted bank will allocate the loan in full and on time according to the formal loan contract.

⑤ If the house is secured by mortgage, the borrower shall go through the mortgage registration formalities at the real estate management center in the area where the house is located, and the mortgage contract must be signed by both husband and wife.
