I. Application conditions
Urban low-income families must meet the following conditions at the same time:
(1) At least one family member has obtained a permanent residence in Tongchuan District for more than 3 years (including 3 years), and other members must move in for more than 1 year and be immediate family members;
(two) the per capita annual income of the family is below the low-income standard line10.8 million yuan (including10.8 million yuan);
(3) All members of the applicant family have no own property rights housing, have not participated in housing reform or fund-raising housing construction, have never rented state-owned public houses and enjoyed other affordable housing, and only live in locally rented housing, or own property rights housing but the area does not meet the per capita security standard15m2.
Two. Materials that the applicant needs to provide
To apply for public rental housing security, the head of the household should be the applicant; If the head of household does not have full capacity for civil conduct, the applicant is a family member with full capacity for civil conduct. The applicant shall truthfully submit the following original audit materials and their copies:
(1) application;
(2) The marital status of family members;
(3) Family income information;
(4) Identity cards and household registration books of family members;
(5) A valid house lease contract or house title certificate;
(six) a copy of the social security card;
(seven) other materials that need to be provided;
(eight) vehicles, real estate (housing reform) and other information by the receiving community unified query.
Three. Subsidy methods and standards

Four. Application procedure
(1) Application. The applicant shall submit a written application to the local community or unit, fill in the Application Form for Urban Public Rental Housing Security in Tongchuan District or the Audit Form for Urban Public Rental Housing Security in Tongchuan District, and submit the original and photocopy of relevant audit materials.
(2) preliminary examination. After reviewing and publicizing the household registration, income and housing of the applicant's family members, the community or unit will send the qualified applicant information to the local town neighborhood committee or the competent department.
3 review. After being reviewed and publicized by the Town Neighborhood Committee or the competent department, the eligible applicant information will be submitted to the District Housing Insurance Office for review.
(4) approval. If the District Housing Insurance Office reviews and publicizes (without objection or objection) that it meets the lease subsidy conditions, the District Housing Insurance Office will issue subsidy funds to the applicant families by direct punching according to the prescribed standards.

4. The annual household income exceeds the prescribed income standard for more than one year in a row;
5. Due to the decrease of family population or the increase of housing area and inheritance, the per capita housing area exceeds the prescribed housing standards;
6. Other violations.
