The house has not been built yet. Can I buy it with a provident fund loan?
Provident fund loans to buy a house first need to meet the conditions of provident fund loans. Secondly, the different capping time of auction houses will also affect the mortgage time.

Provident fund loan conditions:

1. After opening an account in Beijing for one year, the continuous payment exceeds 12 months (inclusive);

2. Still in the deposit state;

3. The loan applicant is a retired employee who pays the housing provident fund during his employment;

4. With the family as the unit, there are no outstanding provident fund loans or discount loans at present.

For the municipal provident fund:

1. The normal mortgage time of the bank is before the auction is capped: the loan can only be released after the auction is capped;

2. The normal mortgage time of the bank is after the auction is capped: lending at normal time.

For the state-managed provident fund: it is not affected by the cap, and it is released at normal time.

You can refer to the above conditions to judge whether you can use provident fund loans and when to lend.
