1. Log in to the online banking account of Changsha Bank.

2. Click Account Query, Current Account Details Query and Historical Details Query in turn.

3. Select the correct account number, then select the whole month to query from the start and end dates, and click Query.

4. After the query results page comes out, click the download button to download the excel file of the transaction details and export it.
