The consumption reserve fund shall not be used for investment (including but not limited to house purchase, stocks, futures and other equity investments) and can only be used for consumption (including but not limited to decoration, home appliances, weddings, Car purchase, student aid, travel, medical care, etc.).

2. If used to withdraw cash with a credit card, cash withdrawal fees and one-day interest will still be incurred.
