The loan interest rate is determined according to the floating range of the loan interest rate stipulated by the People's Bank of China and with reference to the interest rate pricing system of small enterprises in Bank of Zhengzhou.

The annual interest rates of various loans of the People's Bank of China are as follows:

(1) For loans within one year (including one year), the annual interest rate is 4.35%; For loans from one year to five years (including five years), the annual interest rate is 4.75%; For loans of more than five years, the annual interest rate is 4.90%.

(2) The annual interest rate of individual housing provident fund loans: 2.75% for loans of less than five years (including five years) and 3.25% for loans of more than five years.
