You apply for personal consumption loan from the handling bank, fill in the loan application form and provide the following materials:

1, valid identification materials, and married customers should also provide spouse identification materials;

2. Proof of marital status;

3. Proof of income/assets;

Employee: provide the income certificate issued by the personnel department or labor department of the unit (with official seal, indicating the contact person's name and fixed telephone number); And provide any one of the tax bill, provident fund deposit record, social security certificate and salary bank account in the last six months.

Self-employed: the transaction flow of the bank's main business current account in the last year should be provided; At the same time, it also provides the tax bill for the previous year. If there is real estate rental income, a real estate rental contract is required.

If it meets the standards of BOC's medium and high-end customers, it shall also provide the financial assets certificate of the last 6 months output by our system, and affix the official seal of the business.

4. Professional certification materials

Professional and technical qualification certificate/practicing qualification certificate, business license, etc. ;

5. Credit inquiry authorization (married customers including spouses);

6. To apply for personal mortgage loan, the ownership and appraisal documents of the collateral shall be provided, including but not limited to the house sales contract, real estate license, appraisal report issued by an appraisal agency recognized by Bank of China, etc.

7. Guarantor materials (if necessary): basic information of the guarantor and financial proof materials (refer to the borrower's requirements for providing materials);

8. Other materials required by the institution.
