Materials required for Australian student visa renewal:

Tips, treasury bonds, stocks, funds and demand deposit books are not accepted. (It is also acceptable if the bank can issue a certificate of deposit for your current deposit. Please confirm with our company and the bank for details.) Deposits are frozen for 3 months and cannot be withdrawn. If the time deposit was transferred in the near future, please provide the corresponding deposit interest list and a copy of the original deposit receipt or passbook.

If the time deposit history is less than half a year, please apply for a study abroad loan.

Provide the original loan certificate, the original loan contract in Chinese and English, the original certificate of deposit and a copy of the deposit receipt.

Note: The loan period should be longer than the time required to be renewed. The purpose is to provide a study abroad loan, and the repayment method is a lump sum payment of principal and interest upon maturity.

12. If the fund guarantor is the legal representative of the enterprise, please provide the business license, national and local tax registration certificate and copies of some recent tax bills. If you have a company brochure, please also provide it.

13. Original Chinese and English income certificate of the guarantor (please print it on company letterhead, including annual income amount, working years, work unit, position and official seal.
