Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education, in combination with the reality of North University for Nationalities, in order to ensure the standardized and orderly enrollment work and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates.
Article 2 The full name of the school is North University for Nationalities, and the national standard code is 1 1407, which is directly under the State Ethnic Affairs Commission of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "State Ethnic Affairs Commission"). The school is located at No.204 Wenchang North Street, Xixia District, Yinchuan City, the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
Article 3 The school is a public full-time comprehensive university with the right to confer doctoral, master's and bachelor's degrees. The undergraduate education system is four years, and the preparatory education system is one year.
Article 4 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of undergraduate and preparatory courses in our university.
Chapter II Organization and Personnel
Article 5 North University for Nationalities shall set up an enrollment committee composed of school leaders, functional department heads, teachers' representatives, students' representatives and alumni representatives, and set up an undergraduate enrollment leading group, which shall be fully responsible for the enrollment of undergraduate (preparatory) courses, formulate enrollment policies and plans, and study and decide on major issues of undergraduate (preparatory) enrollment.
Article 6 The Admissions Office of North Minzu University is a permanent organization that organizes and implements the enrollment of undergraduate (preparatory) courses, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of enrollment of ordinary undergraduate (preparatory) courses in schools.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 8 Schools shall, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, comprehensively consider the number of candidates in each province (municipality directly under the Central Government and autonomous region), the quality of students, regional development and employment needs, and scientifically formulate plans by province and specialty.
Article 9 Schools recruit students for the whole country, and the enrollment plan shall be based on the data published by the competent departments of enrollment in all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions). Some undergraduate majors in our school enroll students by major. Undergraduate students enrolled in the same major are enrolled regardless of their major. After completing the basic study of professional disciplines, you can choose to study a major in the professional category according to your own development goals, interests and abilities and in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.
Article 10 The number of reserved plans and the use principle: the school reserves a small number of undergraduate plans, which shall not exceed 1% of the total plan approved by the Ministry of Education and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission. The reservation plan is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of students in various provinces (cities and autonomous regions) and the admission of high-quality candidates.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Article 11 The enrollment work of our school fully implements the requirements of the "Sunshine Project" for college enrollment, and adheres to the principles of fair competition, open selection, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Twelfth schools recruit candidates from all ethnic groups for the whole country. Preparatory courses only recruit minority candidates.
Thirteenth file transfer ratio: our school determines the file transfer ratio according to the situation of students in various provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). The batch of sequential voluntary filing shall be controlled within 120% of the enrollment plan; Parallel volunteer's investment in run-to-run control is within 105% of the enrollment plan.
Fourteenth candidates physical examination standards in accordance with the Ministry of Education and relevant departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of College Admissions" implementation. When the school recruits art majors who have requirements for height, weight and eyesight, it will review the conditions for candidates to apply for the exam according to the data and information on the physical examination form of college entrance examination candidates in various provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions).
Article 15 Ratio of male to female: There is no limit to the ratio of male to female in each major.
Article 16 Foreign Language Requirements: In principle, foreign language majors (English, Business English, Japanese, Arabic) only recruit candidates from their own professional languages or English languages. Our school offers public foreign language courses such as English, Arabic, Japanese, German, Russian, French and Spanish. Candidates applying for other languages in our school should be cautious.
Seventeenth non-parallel volunteer schools give priority to the first volunteer candidates, and when the number of first volunteers is insufficient, non-first volunteer candidates are admitted.
Eighteenth schools approved by the Ministry of education, by the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) admissions department to develop a plus or minus points policy, and according to the score after the plus or minus points for file selection.
Article 19 The college entrance examination does not reform the arrangement method of majors (categories) of non-art physical education majors in provinces: scores are given priority (no professional grade difference). When the scores of filing are the same, they will be selected after comparing the relevant examination subjects, and the scores of science and engineering will be compared in turn; Literature and history compare the scores of literature synthesis, Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in turn; The foreign language category compares the scores of foreign language, Chinese and mathematics in turn. Candidates who sign up for the program can't meet all their professional aspirations. If the major is transferred, the school will transfer it to a major with a surplus plan. Those who don't obey the adjustment will be dismissed (the admission rule of "queuing admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1" is implemented for non-art and sports undergraduate majors enrolled in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region).
Twentieth college entrance examination reform provinces non-art sports undergraduate majors (categories) candidates' professional arrangements: for the provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, candidates' subjects must meet the requirements of our school for candidates' reported majors. The school implements the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, and the province has clear provisions for filing. According to the principle of giving priority to scores, recruit high-scoring candidates and arrange majors without professional grade difference. When the scores are the same, the professional distribution shall be carried out with reference to the sorting rules of the same score determined by the provincial entrance examination institutions. When the sorting rules of the same score are not clear, priority will be given to those with high scores in related subjects, and the comparative order of scores in related subjects is mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages. If all the candidates' professional wishes cannot be met by the way of college professional groups, and the candidates are subject to professional adjustment, they will be transferred to the majors with surplus plans within the same professional group; Candidates who can't be admitted because they don't obey the professional adjustment and don't meet the professional admission conditions will be dismissed.
Article 21 Admission rules and application requirements for art majors
(1) Candidates' scores and professional achievements in the cultural course of the college entrance examination must reach the voluntary qualification line (control line) of the art undergraduate major in the province of origin.
(2) For the art majors admitted to parallel volunteer, our school uses the professional scores of the unified examination or the joint examination in the province of origin (hereinafter referred to as the "unified (joint) examination"), implements the enrollment rules for art majors in this province (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and arranges the majors from high to low according to the enrollment scores; At the same time, majors with high scores in the unified examination (joint examination) are preferred.
(3) For art majors admitted in a non-parallel volunteer way (in voluntary order), our school adopts the principle of "scores first" to arrange majors from high to low; When the comprehensive scores are the same, priority will be given to the majors with high scores in the unified examination (joint examination) of art majors. The comprehensive score is calculated according to the proportion of 40% of the scores of the cultural courses in the college entrance examination (including policy bonus points) and 60% of the unified scores of the art majors in the original provinces (converted according to the total score of the college entrance examination) (candidates entering Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region adopt the principle of "professional voluntary clearing" and are selected according to the comprehensive scores from high to low; When the comprehensive scores are the same, those with high scores in the unified examination (joint examination) for art majors are preferred.
(4) When enrolling students majoring in aviation service art and management in Ningxia, candidates must obtain qualified results in the unified examination of music or dance. Our school will select the best students from high to low according to the results of the college entrance examination culture course (including policy scores); When the cultural achievements are the same, those with high Chinese achievements will be given priority.
(5) When the aviation service art and management major enrolls students in Gansu, Shanxi, Guangxi and Guizhou, the school uses the professional unified examination results organized by the source provinces; When the school enrolls students in Shandong, Hebei and Yunnan, it uses the results of the school-level professional entrance examination organized by the source provinces; When enrolling students in Zhejiang, use the clothing organized by Zhejiang Province to perform the results of the provincial unified examination; When recruiting students in Henan, use the results of the performance provincial unified examination organized by Henan Province; When recruiting students in Hunan, use the performance (costume performance) organized by Hunan Province as the result of the provincial unified examination; When enrolling students in Guangdong and Hubei, use the results of the provincial unified examination of musicology (category) organized by Guangdong and Hubei provinces.
(6) Music performance is divided into vocal music, piano and instrumental music. Candidates majoring in music performance must have instruments such as violin, viola, cello, double bass, trumpet, horn, trombone, tuba, accordion, double-row keys, flute, clarinet, oboe, saxophone, erhu, pipa, dulcimer, guzheng, bamboo flute, sheng, suona and percussion instrument (western or western).
(7) To apply for the dance major, the height of boys should be no less than 168cm, and that of girls should be no less than 158cm (subject to the physical examination form of the college entrance examination).
(8) The province of origin has organized a physical examination for the major of aviation service art and management, and the candidates have obtained the certificate of professional unified (joint) examination, and our school recognizes the conclusion of the physical examination. Candidates who apply for the major of aviation service art and management in our university but do not organize a physical examination of this major in their home province must meet the following conditions (subject to the college entrance examination physical examination form):
① Candidates must be born after June 65438+ 10/day, 2002 (subject to the date of birth of the ID card);
② The net height of boys 173cm ~ 185cm, and that of girls162cm ~175cm;
③ Regular facial features, well-proportioned figure, normal figure and no tattoo; Non-O-shaped or X-shaped legs; When wearing summer clothes, there are no scars, abnormal pigments and skin diseases on the exposed parts of the body;
④ Hearing and language functions are normal. Candidates' naked eye vision or corrected vision is not less than 4.7 in E list; No strabismus, no color blindness, no amblyopia, no diseases, surgery or trauma sequelae that affect visual function;
⑤ All the surgical physical examination items in the college entrance examination physical examination table are qualified or normal, and there is no history of psychosis, epilepsy, heart disease, etc.
Note: The reference physical examination standards for enrollment and employment of aviation service art and management major involve Class IV standards, such as CCAR-67FS-R4 and AC-67FS-00 1. Candidates are requested to apply carefully after self-examination. After students enter the school, the school will review the students according to relevant regulations. The aviation service art and management major belongs to the art major, and cannot be transferred to ordinary or other art majors after admission.
Article 22 Admission methods for physical education majors: Candidates must take the physical education major test organized by the provincial admissions department of their province, and their scores in physical education major and college entrance examination culture must reach the control line of physical education undergraduate admission in their province (municipality directly under the central government, autonomous region). Our school implements the regulations of provinces (cities, autonomous regions) on physical education; If the filing rules are not clear, our school will select the best candidates according to the results of the unified examination for physical education majors. In the case of the same professional achievements, those with high cultural achievements will be given priority. Candidates who enter the archives are ranked according to their professional scores from high to low. When their professional scores are the same, they are ranked according to their cultural scores.
Twenty-third and Hefei University of Technology jointly trained mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, pharmaceutical engineering and food science and engineering, the school is responsible for enrollment and electronic registration (indicate the joint training with Hefei University of Technology); The training plan shall be jointly formulated and implemented by both parties; Both the diploma and the degree certificate were issued by our school, indicating that they were jointly trained by the two schools, which Hefei University of Technology admitted.
Article 24 To apply for the major of software engineering (Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools), the language of the candidates in the college entrance examination must be English, and the score of English in a single subject is not less than 60% of the full score of English subjects in the college entrance examination in the province of origin. Ranked according to the scores from high to low, there is no difference in professional level; When the scores are the same, the one with higher English score is preferred. This major is jointly run with Chiang Mai University in Thailand, and only candidates who fill in the clear professional volunteers are admitted. Candidates are not allowed to apply for a major change after entering the school (see its enrollment brochure for details).
Chapter V Charges
Twenty-fifth schools charge tuition and accommodation fees in strict accordance with the charging standards approved by the price management department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and tuition and accommodation fees are charged according to the academic year. The tuition standard for ordinary undergraduate students is divided into 4,000 yuan, 4,400 yuan and 4,800 yuan according to majors; The tuition fee for art animation major is 8,800 yuan per academic year, and that for other art majors is 8,000 yuan per academic year; Tuition fee for aviation service art and management major is 12000 yuan per academic year; Annual tuition fee for software engineering (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) 16000 yuan (subject to the approval of the price department); The tuition fee for preparatory education is 2500 yuan per academic year; The accommodation fee per student per academic year is: 6-person apartment in 800 yuan, 4-person apartment 1200 yuan.
Chapter VI Others
Twenty-sixth freshmen, the school will conduct a comprehensive review within three months, and organize experts to re-examine freshmen majoring in art and sports. Those who fail the second interview or the second interview will be treated according to different situations until they are disqualified. Anyone who finds fraud will be disqualified.

Twenty-eighth freshmen, the school has a "green channel" for students with financial difficulties. After entering the school, the school actively helps students with financial difficulties through various scholarships, national student loans, work-study programs, temporary difficulties subsidies and social assistance.
