Among them, the Xinghua Coal Mine of Jixi Branch of Heilongjiang Longmei Mining Group Co., Ltd. was included in the "blacklist" due to a major accident.

The "blacklist" is valid for one year, from December 15, 2015 to December 14, 2016. Enterprises that are included in the "blacklist" management will be regarded as key regulatory and supervisory objects, and their project approval, land use, bank loans, etc. will be affected and restricted.
