Article 14 The scope of 11 alarm service desk:

5. Other alarms related to illegal crimes that need to be handled by public security organs.
Article 15 After receiving the alarm, the 11 alarm service desk will send police force to handle it according to the alarm mood. Emergency cases (incidents) that endanger the safety of the public, personal or property shall be immediately reported to the person in charge and notified to the competent business department at the same time as the police are dispatched for disposal.
