Article 20 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Animal Epidemic Prevention shall apply to the veterinary administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level for the establishment of animal farms (breeding communities) and isolated places, places for animal slaughtering and processing, and places for harmless treatment of animals and animal products, and attach relevant materials. The veterinary administrative department that accepts the application shall conduct an examination in accordance with this Law and the Administrative Licensing Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Those who pass the examination shall be issued with a certificate of animal epidemic prevention conditions; Unqualified, it shall notify the applicant and explain the reasons. Where industrial and commercial registration is required, the applicant shall apply to the administrative department for industry and commerce for registration with the certificate of animal epidemic prevention conditions.

To obtain a business license for individual industrial and commercial households, the following materials shall be submitted:

1. Individual industrial and commercial households apply for registration (which can be obtained from local industrial and commercial branches);

2 need a name, can hold the application form to the city administrative examination and approval center for name approval;

3 with the name approval notice to the Agriculture and Forestry Bureau for animal breeding certificate;

4. Bring my ID card, proof of business premises (if the business premises are residential, it should be approved by the interested parties) and the above related materials to the local industrial and commercial branch for registration.
