There is a purchase contract or agreement confirmed by the real estate registration department where the house is located, and mortgage or guarantee procedures can be handled; 4. The down payment of the house has been paid according to the regulations (the down payment of the stock house needs fund supervision, see point 4 of this guide for details); 5.
