Legal analysis: 1. Set up automatic repayment. As long as there is enough balance in the user's savings card, the bank can automatically deduct the money when it expires, without manual operation by the user;

2. If the user is unable to repay, he can only ask relatives for help.

3. If there are assets under the user name, banks and lending platforms have the right to apply to the court to dispose of the assets under the cardholder's name, so as to repay the arrears without taking the initiative to repay.

Legal basis: Article 224 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), legally effective civil judgments and rulings, as well as the property part of criminal judgments and rulings, shall be executed by the people's court of first instance or the people's court of the place where the property is executed at the same level as the people's court of first instance.

Other legal documents stipulated by law to be executed by the people's court shall be executed by the people's court in the place where the person subjected to execution has his domicile or where the property subjected to execution is located.
