1, Hangzhou purchase restriction range:
(1) The restricted areas in Hangzhou include Xihu District, Shangcheng District, Gongshu District, Binjiang District, Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District, Qiantang District, Linping District and Fuyang District;
(2) Hangzhou's unrestricted purchase area includes Lin 'an District (the lottery is required for unrestricted purchase). Tonglu, Jiande and Chun 'an, these three counties are not limited to purchase or lottery;
2. Household registration in Hangzhou restricted area:
(1) After five years' residence, single people are limited to purchase 1 new house, and married people are limited to purchase 2 new houses;
(2) If you have settled for less than 5 years, you will continue to pay social security for 2 years in the restricted area, and you will be restricted from buying 1 new house;
3. Household registration in non-restricted areas of Hangzhou:
(1) For those who have settled for five years, the single person is limited to purchase 1 set, and 2 sets are married.
(2) After two years of settlement, the social security in the restricted area has been paid continuously for two years, and the purchase of 1 new house is restricted;
4. Foreign household registration needs to pay social security for 4 years in a row in the restricted area before they can buy 1 new house in the restricted area.

The pre-sale permit system is implemented for the pre-sale of commercial housing.
The pre-sale conditions of commercial housing and the procedures for the pre-sale permit of commercial housing shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Real Estate Development and Management and the Measures for the Administration of Urban Commercial Housing Pre-sale.
Article 7
The sale of commercial housing shall meet the following conditions:
(1) The real estate development enterprise that sells commercial housing now shall have the business license of enterprise legal person and the qualification certificate of real estate development enterprise.
(2) Obtaining a land use right certificate or a land use approval document;
(3) Holding a construction project planning permit and a construction permit.
(4) It has passed the completion acceptance;
(five) the demolition and resettlement has been implemented.
(six) water supply, power supply, heating, gas, communications and other supporting infrastructure have delivery conditions, other supporting infrastructure and public facilities have delivery conditions or the construction progress and delivery date have been determined;
(seven) the property management plan has been implemented.
